1- Annabel’s

The new Annabel’s communicates a design that draws direct links to flora and fauna in an eclectic and playful manner, taking inspiration from the new building’s garden and verdant greenery of Berkeley Square, as well as the spirit of English eccentricity. Each floor of the four-story Georgian townhouse tells a different story based on various gardens depicted throughout history, all while paying homage to the listed building’s original architectural detailing.

2- Bellagio

The Mayfair Club, located on the ground floor of The Bellagio and reinventing the traditional concept of dinner and dancing, has unbeatable views across to the iconic fountain display.

3- Carne Mare

Carne Mare is a chophouse and seafood restaurant owned by Noho Hospitality and renowned New York chef Andrew Carmellini.
The two-story restaurant and bar are located in Downtown Manhattan’s historic South Street Seaport district.

4- Fortnum & Mason

MBDS assisted the Royal grocers in introducing their brand to Asia, inspired by the elegance and sophistication of Fortnum & Mason’s iconic Piccadilly store.
The new Fortnum & Mason, located in the ultra-modern K11 Musea on Hong Kong’s picturesque Victoria Harbour, stands as a beacon of English hospitality in a burgeoning market. Fortnum & Mason consists of a full shop floor and a separate restaurant, 181, serving lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner on two floors with panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline.

5- Four Seasons Astir Palace

The Four Seasons Astir Palace, located on the Athenian Riviera, is a hotel with a glamorous heritage that has recently undergone a full refurbishment.
Our design for the hotel’s signature F&B spaces, which are spread across two sites, Nafsika and Arion, includes Pelagos, Mercato, and Avra – a sleek waterfront lounge with views over the Saronic Gulf.

6- Les Jardins du Presbourg

The Costes Family and the Beaumarly Group own and operate Les Jardins du Presbourg, a restaurant and bar.
It is located on Avenue de la Grande Armée in Paris’s sixteenth arrondissement and draws inspiration from the tree-lined streets and L’Etoile, the unmistakable memorial built to honour the people of Paris.

7- Linnaean

Linnaean, named after the Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus, the father of modern taxonomy, embodies Linnaeus’ pioneering spirit, bringing new life to the luxury salon and beauty treatment scene. Visitors are encouraged to relax and luxuriate in the comfort of Linnaean by introducing a casual dining concept, extending their stay and reaping the benefits of the relaxing ambience.

8- Mr. C

Mr. C Coconut Grove is an elegant and glamorous destination evoking Italy’s golden era, capturing the timeless charm of Italy’s iconic coastal style.
The interiors were inspired by the simplicity and materiality of a classic yacht, with high gloss timber panelling adorning the walls of the double-height lobby. Murano glass chandeliers hang above a large-scale terrazzo floor in the reception lobby area, welcoming guests into the cool hotel’s carefully layered mid-century Italian style.

9- Pink Mamma

Pink Mamma, with its eye-catching pink tiled façade, offers all-day dining in a relaxed and vibrant setting. Verdant planting on each level draws the eye up to the garden rooftop, which offers views of the city, while a floor-to-ceiling glazed panel creates a peek-hole view of what’s inside.

10- The Surf Club Restaurant

The restaurant has been designed with the spirit of Miami in mind, exuding an elegant and luxurious aesthetic. The restaurant’s reputation as an iconic members’ club to the prominent and illustrious names of the golden era is revived through the implementation of art deco-inspired chandeliers, an oversized hand-painted mural, and verdant planting native to Miami.

The iconic duo Humbert et Poyet is composed by Christophe Poyet, a Monegasque and a Parisian, Emil Humbert. Poyet is an interior architect who graduated from the prestigious Académie Charpentier in Paris, Humbert is an architect that studied at the École Nationale d’Architecture Paris-Belleville.

They resolved to team together in 2007 to form the Humbert & Poyet agency in the Principality. Humbert and Poyet conquered the world with their magnificent designs. They have passed through Hong Kong, Dubai, Paris, Budapest, Mykonos, Malta, Luxembourg and Mexico City. In all the places they passed through, each imbued with its own distinct visual concept and identity.

Inspired by the project and its location, the interior designers created a space with neutral and blue tones. Reflecting the exterior into the interior of the store, forming a pleasant and luxurious space.

Combining influences and esthetics: modernism, mid-century Italian architecture and design, Art Deco, 1950s and ’70s design icons, Hollywood glamour and artisanal savoir-faire, the duo created luxurious designs like this one for 55C. With clean lines and golden details.

As we mentioned above, their approach to design is the same: creating compositions and mixing time periods.

Maison Weill

This project for the luxurious Maison Weill was special. This former factory is Weill’s Parisian base. The place was initially an industrial building, one of the largest workshops in Paris. The mission in this project was to respect and reflect the history and the perfect expression of the company’s identity. Humbert et Poyet did it with wisdom and charm, bringing some modern elements to the design but perfectly balanced with the historian architecture.

Croisette

With elements reminiscent of nature, such as marble and wood featured on the walls, the interior designers did justice to the luxury brand situated on the Croisette, an area known for its parades of film and music celebrities.

What is more luxurious than black and gold tones? With this design, Humbert et Poyet not only enhanced the Wine Palace but also the products, showing the beauty and elegance of the wine bottles.

Alexis Mabille

For this project, they imagined plays of mirrors, geometry, and textiles, visualizing the space like a movie decor, so that the creator’s spectacular personality could emerge. Obsessed with attention to detail, they even design the bulk of furniture and lighting to provide a complete experience to clients. Humbert et Poyet suggest a new notion of luxury, one that is subtle but theatrical, less austere and more pleasant, and that blends eras from classicism to modernity.

The interior decor of this old mansion sets the tone. Heavy velvet drapes and a big chandelier adorn the beautiful dining area. Turquoise blue, saffron yellow, and rust red are lush colors that compliment a light grey. The gleaming surfaces of the tables, on the other hand, grab the attention and provide the stage for IGNIV’s culinary creativity. Fine materials, such as velvet, brass, and marble, create a snug and elegant ambiance, while the organic shapes of the chairs and semicircular couches add to the cocoon-like sensation.

Patricia Urquiola, originally from Oviedo, Spain, studied architecture and design at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid before completing her studies at the Politecnico di Milano, where she graduated under the mentorship of Achille Castiglioni. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a number of well-known interior design and architecture firms.

Patricia Urquiola begins each project by establishing an empathic connection with the customer who will eventually interact with her designs, a technique she learned from Achille Castiglioni, establishing the “fundamental element,” as he used to call it, the foundation of each project that always keeps her on track and accompanies her entire design process: thinking spaces or objects in relation to people.

Patricia Urquiola‘s objective with the Ca’ di Dio project was to keep a strong connection with Venice, both in the architecture of the public areas and the rooms. The essence of the city pervades all regions, manifesting itself in materials, colors, finishes, and ideas. The palette is simple and delicate, composed of colors and transparencies that allude to water reflections, a reoccurring element at Ca ‘di Dio.

2- Four Seasons Milan

Patricia Urquiola investigated the interaction between light and space, which was the major focus of the common functions that always looked out into the courtyard. As a result, the palette is composed of natural and light hues, as well as subtleties that mirror the priceless original frescoes.

3- Haworth Hotel
