1- The Avalon Hotel
Oliverio, the hotel’s poolside restaurant, reopened with a new concept and a striking new style following its makeover. Long, low 1970s-style sofas and stone-veneer tables contrast with modernist gold Warren Planter chairs to create a casual lounge mood inside the intimate dining area.
2- Four Seasons Anguilla
Kelly Wearstler’s first foreign destination is the 40-acre Four Seasons Anguilla. The private property’s idea combines awareness and respect for the island’s terrain and cultural heritage to elevate the concept of Caribbean luxury.
4- Santa Monica Proper
The Santa Monica Proper hotel, designed by Kelly Wearstler, is a magnificent yet comfortable oceanfront location with a sophisticated sensibility. The property’s design identity and underlying storytelling were inspired by the environment, history, and iconography of its namesake city. The reception contains a hand-carved desk with linework suggestive of a shell and a sand-infused gesso canvas behind it, which is punctuated throughout with imaginative renderings of famous seaside themes.
5- Viviane
The new appearance and feel of Viviane, designed by the renowned Kelly Wearstler, embraces a renaissance of mid-century California with an authentic 1950s-60s selection of vintage furniture hand-selected from all around the world. A sultry palette of deep and turquoise blues, gold, ivory, and neutral tones in a variety of materials and patterns creates a seductive, understated ambience in all dining areas.
