1 – Waldorf Astoria

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai, spans from the 18th floor to 55th of the Burj Daman Mixed Use Development, an ultra modern tower of offices and residences. The 5 star hotel redefines luxury in Dubai. There is a residential feel with design elements inspired by early 1960’s New York.

The luxury hotel includes 275 luxury guestrooms, suites and branded apartments, a wellness spa with 4 private treatment suites including a couple’s room, St. Trop restaurant, an outdoor pool, whirlpool and a rooftop bar.

Diverse restaurants and lounges with indoor/outdoor dining options and flexible, creative meeting spaces including a library with open kitchen.

2 – BVLGARI Hotel & Resort Dubai

Procurement, supply, logistics and installation of the complete fixtures, fittings and equipment (FF&E) package at the Bvlgari Resort Hotel in Dubai.

The package consisting of approximately 7.500 items, including loose furniture, custom lighting, integrated furniture, carpets, rugs, widow treatments and artworks.

3 – Bluewaters Luxury Hotel

ALEC Fitout has recently been awarded and commenced works on site for the Bluewaters Luxury Hotel.

The fit out package covers 25.000 square meters and scope of works to the 5 star Luxury Hotel & Beach Club.

The Luxury Hotel & Beach Club includes 178 guests rooms, suites and corridors and several public areas, like a Lobby and Lobby Lounge, Spa and Gym, Kids Area, Business Centre, All Day Dining Area, Dim Sum Speciality Restaurant, Premier Leisure Club, Public Toilets and Prayers Rooms, Public Circulation and Conference Centre.

4 – Vida Hotel Dubai

This fast track project included refurbishment of 147 rooms and 10 suites, fit out of 3 new restaurants, installation of new glass façade, landscaping works and renovation of swimming pool areas.

Featuring a generous array of natural materials and forms such as circular sofas.
