Suite, Grand Hotel Kempinski (Switzerland)
The Grand Hotel Kempinski, situated in the south-western corner of french Switzerland, and is home to the largest hotel suite in Europe. Cost per night: 28,500 euros. For this, the total about 1080 square meters of residence leaves little to be desired. It has separate bedrooms and living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom with whirlpool, oversized bathtub and a wide range of entertainment. For this, paying guests are rewarded with a view of Lake Geneva, which they can enjoy from the balcony or the terrace.
Penthouse, Mandarin Oriental Marrakech (Morocco)
There is room for up to 19 people in the 1138-square-meter penthouse of the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakech. The luxury suite extends over an entire hotel floor and connects the Atlas, Panorama and Royal suites. Eight bathrooms are connected to the eight bedrooms, all of which are equipped with bathtub and separate steam shower and integrated hammam. In addition, there are a number of terraces overlooking the hotel’s garden and the summit of the Moroccan Atlas Mountains. The rooms are decorated with local details, such as hand-carved carpets and oriental-style wood furniture in the rooms. On request, meals can be enjoyed on the terraces under the stars of the stars.
Terrace Suite, The Mark New York (USA)
In eighth place, the Hotel The Mark is located in New York’s chicest district of Manhattan, which has an 1115 square meter luxury terrace suite. The 1200 square meter estate is located in the mountains of the island and not only offers the panoramic view that guests can enjoy from the pool, but also the numerous additional services such as private cooking, chauffeur services or childcare.
Maharajah’s Pavilion, Raj Palace (India)
The almost 1500 square meters of the Maharajah’s Pavilion of Raj Palace in the Indian city of Jaipur are spread over four floors. The second floor of the suite has its own museum, where guests can admire, among others, the throne of the Indian king Thakur Sahib. On the roof terrace of the penthouse is also a private bar, which invites to cozy evenings. The furniture of the rooms was definitely not saved – they are decorated with gold leaf, gold, silver or ivory.
Royal Suite, Waldorf Astoria Dubai (United Arab Emirates)
In fifth place of the largest suite is in Dubai, the royal suite of the Waldorf Astoria – with a size of 1600 square meters. Especially the view through the large window fronts or alternatively from one of the terraces over the Arabian Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah and the skyline of the big city are worth the price of the luxury suite. Furthermore, the Royal Suite, which extends over the entire upper floor, can accommodate up to 20 people in the Arabic living room alone. Of course the bathrooms are also equipped with marble. For just under 39,000 euros the night is the penthouse suite at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Martinez in Cannes to have. On an area of almost 1700 square meters are four large bedrooms as well as two living and dining rooms on the fourth floor. Through the Hotel President Wilson, a second Geneva hotel is represented in the top list of luxury suites. The 1680 square meter penthouse is at a price of about 56,000 euros per night to the largest and most expensive penthouses at all. Although the interior is kept simpler than in other hotels of its class, this does not mean that a visit is not worthwhile. The twelve bedrooms and bathrooms, the Steinway wing, the gym, the billiard table and the terrace, almost as large as the suite itself, speak for themselves.
Royal Suite, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort (United Arab Emirates)
In the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, is the largest suite of the Federation. The Royal Suite of St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort is 2100 square meters in size and has four bedrooms, a dining room for up to 12 people, a small cinema and a game room including a billiard table. The spacious bathrooms with bathtub and double shower, the wellness room and / or the sauna provide for relaxation – depending on the preference.
Royal Residence, Grand Hills Hotel & Spa (Lebanon)
By far the largest suite in the world is located in the Lebanese city of Brummana, more precisely the Grand Hills Hotel & Spa. The 4131-square-foot Royal Residence, accommodating up to ten people, has seven floors, three building wings and two private pools for private use. The antique furniture of the rooms, together with numerous sculptures and precious stones, create an artistic picture.
