Iria Degen does not work the same way for every project; they all start with an idea and work towards a plan that is user-oriented and seeks solutions that merge aesthetics with functionality, taking into consideration a perfect dialogue between architecture, design and context.
Iria Degen Interiors makes use of high quality, natural materials, discreet colours and simple forms to create harmonious and comfortable environments. They do not aim to create a “stylish” design, but one that fits every room naturally.
1- MÄRTHOF, BASEL
The project for the Hotel Märthof Basel displays contemporary elements mixed with mid-century shapes and colours, giving it an atmosphere of nostalgia and comfort. We can already imagine ourselves reading a book in this space.
2- WALHALLA, ST.GALLEN
Hotel Walhalla St.Gallen exhibits a more classic-contemporary look brought out by the team at Iria Degen, keeping the shapes clean and the colours neutral. A perfect place for relaxation and enjoying your well-deserved me-time, away from work and complications. Let yourself adapt to the space: simple space, simple mind.
3- PULLMAN BASEL EUROPE, BASEL
Pullman Basel Europe follows with the classic-contemporary vibe, keeping the hues neutral and adding statement pieces like big ceiling lights, making the space look luxurious while keeping the shapes and elements simple. This looks like the perfect place to relax on your vacation.
