Hotel Ottilia, A Unique Luxury Boutique Hotel in Denmark

Hotel Ottilia is located in the vibrant Carlsberg City District, in Denmark, between iconic brewery buildings and new and inspiring modern architecture. The Hotel is named after Ottilia Jacobsen, the wife of the brewer and founder of the Carlsberg breweries, Carl Jacobsen.

The Hotel Ottilia‘s building is the gathering of two of the area’s most distinctive warehouses – the Maltmagasinet from 1881 and Lagerkælder from 1969 – that were left empty and abandoned for years; the warehouses were carefully transformed with respect to their unique characteristics and history, with custom-made designs, interiors and a sophisticated visual identity have been added to bring Hotel Ottilia into a new time period.
