The project was designed by Woha Architects, as a hotel and office in a garden, and it conserves a greenery in a built-up hotel that is architecturally striking, integrated and sustainable.


In the middle of an industrialized city as Singapore, it is possible to be in fellowship with Mother Nature, due to the 15,000 sq. meters of lush greenery that make up its lofty sky gardens – an exclusive rooftop Orchid Club lounge.

This Hotel is at a junction between the CBD and the colorful districts of Chinatown and Clarke Quay, and faces Hong Lim Park, offering amazing views of Singapore city’s skyline.

Rooms and Suites

Decked in abundant natural light, nature-inspired furnishings and soft earth tones, all the 367 hotel suites and rooms in Parkroyal provide guests a welcome sanctuary away from home. The interior design is distinctively styled with contemporary furnishings and the landscape includes a 360 degree view over Singapore River and the Hong Lim Park.


Lime Restaurant

The project at Upper Pickering Street also includes the Lime Restaurant – an open kitchen concept with a selection of international cuisine and Asian flavors.

The restaurant is designed in a modern style, creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.


The best of Southeast Asian and international culinary delights is represented in the main dishes; in-house chefs deftly transform an assortment of fresh ingredients into signature creations.
