Dating back to 1854, the building was formerly an hôtel de passe (a short-time hotel) before its complete renovation overseen by Parisian architect Philippe Medioni.

In the dining area, several lighting points turn the ambience into a cosy, intimate place. There are also many artworks hanging in the walls, contrasting with the wall pattern.
