The inspiration behind the hotel design was the unique nature, cultural heritage and history of central Kazakhstan. One of the most dominant symbols of the city is a golden stalk of wheat – representative of land cultivation and prosperity – and this can be found in the hotel lobby bar. Throughout the hotel, you will be able to find many furniture items designed by BRABBU.
Traditional national patterns are used in the lobby carpets, thus creating contemporary interiors to provide a balance between modernity and timeless tradition. Right at the entrance of the hotel, we have a golden saxaul – a relic tree filled with myths, legends and miraculous properties.
Tall golden screens and golden details along with blue and yellow contrast are the main colours of the country, this is why the elegant IBIS Dining Chair and NAJ Dining Chair came together to celebrate the main idea.
The noble harmony of blue and yellow in the lobby – the countries’ main colours – create an inviting ambience and the full-height atrium decorated with the classic elegance of stone and gold include crafted art elements and floating eagles – the nomad symbol of freedom and independence, so important in Kazakhstan culture. MALAY Armchair in pine green gives an elegant touch to the dining room space, while the chic Nº20 Bar Chair gives a glamorous touch to the cocktail bar.
Spacious and elegant guest rooms with modern decoration have large, panoramic windows. Hotel restaurants offer healthy and delicious options to satisfy any craving, while the rooftop lounge – Cloud 9 – presents Asian and Mediterranean cuisines served under the stars. The events and meetings lounge follow the same colour hues as the rest of the hotel.

SAARI Sofa and KOI Centre Table are an alluring addition to this room design and can be a true protagonist: delicate light blue velvet invites to a comfortable stay, while the base in polished brass brings elegance to the room set.
The experience provided by Hilton, Astana is absolutely incredible: personalised conditions and luxury accommodation will surprise every visitor. Extravagant details combine with high-end furniture, creating beautiful contemporary spaces for casual and formal talks. In the small dining area of the events lounge, you will be able to find the same IBIS Dining and Armchairs but with different colours.
The DAKOTA Sofa and OKA Dining Chair also seamlessly blend with this amazing hotel’s decoration. One can also find traditional Kazakh dishes mixed with European cuisine at The Park Kitchen – an all-day dining venue – or visit the Axis lobby lounge for coffee, drinks and snacks. The hotel has 253 rooms, a presidential suite, event spaces, spa centre and executive lounges for private meetings, with city skyline views and comfortable dining places.
The challenge to create the perfect ultramodern stay in Astana was given to BI Group – a large construction holding in Kazakhstan, which has been implementing projects in its own cities through the years. With the help of Nurlan Kamitov, founder and head of INK Architects, the project of 50,000 sq. m. was developed and executed within a record time period.
