Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing is the new addition to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Since their first hotel opening in 1963 in Hong Kong, the Group has been expanding its luxury brand beyond its Eastern roots. Located at WF Central, the entrance to the Wangfujing Hotel is just off Wangfujing Avenue, with The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square within walking distance.

The Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing has a modern luxurious flair with a sprinkling of Asian glamour. This boutique hotel adds a little extra touch to the design by including a one-of-a-kind red, pink and peach fish light designed by the renowned Frank Gehry that you can find suspended at the hotel lobby.

The Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing has seventy-three residential guestrooms and suites, many of them offering views of the Forbidden City. Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a large designer table for both working and dining, a marble-tiled bathroom with an oversized shower and double basins.

The Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing has two restaurants: Café Zi specialises in Cantonese and pan-Asian cuisine and the Mandarin Grill+Bar that focus on the classic preparation of imported stakes and seafood and the MO Bar, an extra rooftop bar with direct access to an expansive garden terrace.

The hotel’s spa offers four different themed treatments, thus having a range of curated wellness and beauty treatments, a tea lounge, a steam room and a sauna, with an indoor pool with natural light and a gym. The Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing has also a dedicated space for meetings and events for groups of up to sixty people and a private dining room for twelve people.
