With already a week into the month, and having already covered an opening on May 1st, it is now high time to showcase the outstanding hotels you cannot miss this month! Villa Dagmar offers an international hotel experience, with seventy rooms and suites individually designed. The building was carefully renovated and rebuilt, being transformed into a beautiful boutique hotel with the modern feeling of a villa, quickly becoming home for personal meetings, with great service, excellent food and drinking experiences and maximum relaxation. Villa Dagmar was designed to be a home away from some, perfect for the modern traveller seeking authentic Swedish character. Villa Dagmar belongs to the same family as the well known Hotel Diplomat.
INNSiDE Hotel was designed by Faulknerbrowns Architects, taking inspiration from iconic local landmarks such as Tyne’s bridges. The hotel interior design exudes modern minimal design, filled with space and light, with modern and comfortable furnishings. The INNSiDE Hotel has 161 rooms located in the heart of the city with amazing views across the River Tyne. The hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travellers, with meetings and conference rooms.
The Grove is already known to be the ultimate five-star retreat, nevertheless, the luxurious hotel underwent a renovation, reopening its doors on May 17. This renovation brought the hotel from more classic and traditional times to a brighter, lighter and modern interior design by the interior design studio Martin Hilbert Design. The renovation covered the 189 rooms and suites, the lobby and the three restaurants: The Glasshouse, The Stables and The Lounges.
Opening in June 2021, this amazing Villa promises a journey in culture, history, majesty and serenity. The Villa Igiea will offer 72 rooms and suites, sheltered under the Rocco Forte. The Villa was designed by Olga Polizzi in collaboration with Paolo Moschino from Nicholas Haslam Studios, in a way that would preserve its unique heritage peculiarities while reimagining and updating other areas. Furnished with classic antiques and sumptuous fabrics in serene shades and locally crafted elements, paying homage to Sicily’s beauty and heritage.
The Marmorosch’s architecture and interior design pay homage to La Belle Epoque, with Art-Deco motifs, spread all over. The hotel has 217 rooms and suites, four meetings and ballrooms, a restaurant, bar, lounge and coffee corner, complete with a fitness centre and spa with an indoor pool.
