Chandolin Boutique Hotel was designed by the architectural firm Kittel SA and the interior design company Extreme ArtDesign Studio. Inside the hotel, guests will find natural stone floors and aged oak parquets in the restaurant that set the tone for understated design.

Walls are ornamented with mountain sports photography and furnishings range in texture from raw fabrics to natural leathers. Earth toned colour palette can be found in communal areas, and the twenty-five rooms are designed with warmer beiges, complemented by fir wood details and unpolished stonework. The Chandolin Boutique Hotel has large windows ensuring that the alpine-chic spaces are illuminated by natural light.

The Chandolin Boutique Hotel is the embodiment of a typical Swiss-Chalet with natural woods and stones from the area being used in the hotel. The hotel underwent a refurbishing between 2013 and 2017, keepin the façade of wooden slats, balconies and balustrades of larch wood and cedar, as well as original stonework, so it was immediately recognised the influence of the natural surrounding landscape in the hotel’s architecture.

Chandolin Boutique Hotel‘s Le Restaurant serves seasonal specials – both national and worldwide food – made with local ingredients such as Val d’Hérens beef and fresh-caught fish and the hotel’s Winebar offers a wide choice of local wines. At the foot of the slopes, the Sunset Chalet Bar is an ideal spot for a post-piste fondue, raclette, or cocktail, and the Moonclub lounge tempts with handcrafted cocktails.

The Chandoline Hotel has windows overlookig the Alps and the spa – Altitude Wellness – offers relaxing treatments, a haman and a sauna. Ella’s Baths,´are outdoor aquatic retreats with breathtaking views of the peaks, one with a counter-current function, the other offering the benefits of aromatherapy.

Chandoline Boutique Hotel’s rooms are comfortably furnished with bespoke furniture that reflect Chandolin’s nature: natural raw materials from the mountains as well as colours, and modern lighting effects just to create a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity.
