Arquitectonica Luxury Hotel Projects

Arquitectonica is a significant player on the global scene and has offices in Miami, West Palm Beach, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Manila, Lima, and Sao Paulo. Arquitectonica, led by Principals Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, continues to push the boundaries of design and introduces a fresh take on humanistic modern design to the globe.

Arquitectonica: A Successful Firm

Due to a bold modernism that was immediately associated with a renaissance in Miami’s urban landscape, the firm immediately attracted notice and praise from critics and the general public upon its establishment in 1977. The projects the firm has completed span 59 nations and five continents, leaving its mark all over the world.

Numerous museums and organisations have hosted exhibitions of firm’s ground-breaking work, and the firm has won hundreds of design prizes. One of the forerunners of globalisation in the field of architecture is Arquitectonica.

Arquitectonica Sustainability Philosophy

Arquitectonica is well known for its capacity to produce distinctive forms of unforgettable images in intimate harmony with the environment. It focuses on ecologically responsible, yet commercially viable design. The company investigates the complex issues facing today’s built and natural settings, proposing solutions that strike a balance between a contemporary aesthetic and environmentally responsible behaviour to produce value, identity, and a sustainable environment.

The foundation of Arquitectonica‘s design process is an authentic design process that protects the ecological and cultural environment. This philosophy is based on the idea of preserving a location’s geographic character, which is the totality of natural and human attributes that make one place different from another.
