In June 2013, Denniston completed the bathroom and the hotel bedroom design on the Aman Canal Grande in Venice. Incorporating a contemporary hotel chandeliers and contemporary hotel furniture of the 16th and 18th centuries one of Denniston’s biggest problems was to create the ‘mechanicals and electricals’ in the most discrete way possible. This mix with modern classic hotel design, gave Denniston a nomination for this award.

I want people to feel good when they stay with us.” says Kit when she remembers her work on the Ham Yard Hotel in London.
